Privacy
This site collects one thing on purpose: the project brief you choose to send. Nothing else follows you around.
Your project brief
When you send the form on the Start a project page, the details you enter (your name, email, company, project type, budget range and description) are stored in a private database that only Golden Ratio Productions can read, so that John can reply. They are used for that reply and the conversation that follows, and for nothing else. They are not sold, shared or added to a mailing list. Write to the address in his reply if you want an inquiry deleted.
Abuse protection
To keep the form from being flooded, the site keeps a salted, one-way hash of the sending connection’s address alongside each brief and counts recent attempts. The address itself is not stored.
Media, cookies and analytics
Fonts, images and films are served from this site. There are no advertising trackers, third-party video embeds or application cookies. The host, Cloudflare, adds its Web Analytics beacon to pages on this domain; it counts page views and load times without cookies, fingerprinting or personal identifiers, and the counts stay in the studio’s Cloudflare account. Films start only when you press play, apart from the silent loop on the home page, which has a pause control and does not play if your device asks for reduced motion or data saving.
Technical requests
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles the requests your browser makes and keeps short-lived operational logs to run the service. The site itself does not log the contents of inquiries.
